B&R servo drive undervoltage

Causes of B&R drive undervoltage may include power line failures, internal servo drive circuit problems, servo motor problems, and unstable power supply voltage.

Maintenance measures for B&R servo drive undervoltage include the following:

1 Check the power supply line: Use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage to ensure that it is within the set value. If the power supply voltage is lower than the set value, you need to check whether the power supply line is faulty, such as poor contact, short circuit, etc.

2 Check the servo drive: If the power module is faulty, the power module needs to be replaced. At the same time, check whether the control board of the servo drive is normal.

3 Check the servo motor: If the servo drive is normal, you need to check whether the power line and the winding of the servo motor are normal. If the winding is faulty, you need to replace the servo motor.

4 Check the stability of the power supply voltage: ensure that the power supply voltage is stable, if it is not stable, you need to adjust or replace the power supply in time.

5 Check the drive connection cable: check whether the cable is loose or damaged, if there are problems need to be repaired in time.

6 internal circuit check: if the above steps are not a problem, then it may be the drive internal circuit failure, need to carry out more in-depth inspection and repair.
